PRIMARY BROKER

The services of a primary broker can be needed, when there is a need to buy or sell large amounts of units (more than 25.000 units, around 800.000 €) at one time. The primary brokers for the fund are Handelsbanken, Deutsche Bank, Evli, FIM, Nordea and Morgan Stanley. Other brokers are also welcome to become primary brokers. For more information and contracts, please contact etf@seligson.fi. Primary brokers handle large transactions including emitting new shares and redeeming existing shares. The subscriptions and redemptions are done according to the creation unit published daily or multiples of the creation unit. One creation unit is equal to 25.000 ETF units..

N.B! The investor can trade with ETF units on the Helsinki stock exchange in the exactly same manner as with buying or selling stocks. Therefore the investor can use his/her own broker for the ETF trades. A primary broker may be needed only when the amounts become large (more than 25.000 units).
